I take frequent continuing education courses so that I can stay on top of
changes in the law, practices and procedures.
There are many responsibilities, details and tasks that I manage and coordinate in a typical home sale
or purchase. However, even more important than what I know as your Agent is what I
do as your Agent. As an experienced facilitator, I will ensure that nothing falls through the cracks and that your transaction goes as smooth as possible. I can also provide you with recommendations for additional service professionals necessary for a successful
transaction. I will be present with you all the way through closing, and it is
my pleasure to offer continued services beyond the closing.
It is my job as your Realtor to communicate frequently with you and to
inform you of changing market conditions that might affect your transaction. I will provide you with a regularly updated Comparable Market Analysis and will be present at closing and offer continued services beyond the close of escrow. You will always be able to reach me via office
phone, cell or home phone, email or by
text. You will never wonder where your agent has disappeared to.

transaction closes smoothly. My goal is to make your experience of buying a home

income producing and commercial real estate for sale in mid-Florida; From Pinellas, Hillsborough and Pasco Counties, south to Sarasota and Charlotte Counties, north to
Hernando County, all the way out to Citrus County and Volusia County on the Atlantic coast. You can save favorites, save searches, have search results emailed to you
automatically and more. Now while my "service area" consists mainly of Pinellas County, Western Pasco County, Western Hernando County and part of Hillsborough County, you're
more than welcome to use this search even if you're looking outside of these areas.
As many of you know, this real estate market is vastly different than the
housing market of a few years ago. As a result, how homes are shown in 2012 has
changed as well. No reputable real estate agent will show homes to anyone whose
identity is not verified and who has not yet provided a recent mortgage
pre-approval letter (if they are financing). A Buyer's Agent Agreement must be
signed to ensure that I am working with a home buyer who is not already
